Kindergarteners learned about Mondrian and learned horizontal and vertical lines. We then drew a non-objective project and colored in the spaces with our 3 favorite colors.

Kindergarten- Mondrian
3rd Grade- Warm and Cool Non-objective
3rd grade did a big review project.
We focused on warm and cool color, geometric shapes, and non-objective Art. This project took two class periods.
1st Grade- Mondrian
1st graders studied art by Mondrian. We discussed similarities on all of his art work including horizontal and vertical lines and the primary colors. We yen wanted to create our own twist on his work, so we drew horizontal, vertical, and diagonal lines. Lastly we colored in all of the triangles using primary colors.
